Individual Candidates

Jay Gabriel Consulting welcomes the opportunity to assist individual clients in writing and submitting their application for a Government related position. Being fine craftsmen of writing and assessing job applications we have much to offer.

Here are some services JGC offers individual candidates:

- Assessment of current CV / resume
- Edit and rework CV / resume
- Close edit of candidates' claims against selection criteria (for government related positions)
- To date JGC has achieved a one hundred per cent strike rate in terms of individual cadidate clients making it to the interview stage, without exception.
- Preparation of candidate for interview and / or assessment centre.  This includes mock interview and questions and mock role plays if required.
- Post assessment and discussion after interview.  If the candidate is unsuccessful further coaching will be offered until their goal is achieved.
