Part of Julie's experience has been in contributing to service evaluation and re-design initially from the PD writing end.  She has been involved in the service re-alignment and restructure of one government organisation to date and several business units within other organisations.  She has developed intimate knowledge of the business practices and service delivery aspects of several human services departments.  She will quickly acquire knowledge or a new organisation's structure and business focus / orientation.  She has achieved inclusion on NSW Buys register of consultants in this capability based on her combined and wide ranging expertise.

She will also be partnering with HR specialists in government in order to ensure quality delivery of service.  In NSW there is a constant demand for service evaluation given the ongoing process of restructures and re-alignment across Agencies, within Divisions and Business Units.  The JGC philosophy is not to re-invent the wheel but to find solutions within the resources available.  There is an art to service evaluation.  Sometimes it is done well and sometimes it is not.  JGC is committed to achieving results for you, the client.  We will persist until we reach that goal on your behalf.  There is no charge for initial contact.
